These General Terms and Conditions of Use govern the contractual relationship between any User of the Application.
The User is encouraged to read this document carefully and to read it again each time he/she consults the Application.

Article 2 : Intellectual Property Rights

 

The publisher of the site La Musique Du Faubourg is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to both the structure and content of the Application.

All the elements appearing on the Application (images, databases, trademarks, illustrations, logos, drawings, designs, models, layout, downloadable files) are protected as intellectual works by French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, adaptation, partial or complete modification of any element of the Application, by any means whatsoever, without prior written authorization, is prohibited under penalty of legal action.

Any use in a professional or commercial context or any marketing of this content to third parties is prohibited, without the express agreement of the Company La Musique du Faubourg

The services offered comply with current French legislation. The photographs and texts that have been reproduced and illustrating the products and services presented are not contractual. Consequently, La Musique du Faubourg cannot be held liable in the event of an error in one of these photographs or texts.

The data collected on the Application is limited to the user's identity (company name), and preferences regarding the content made available to them (titles placed in "favorites" or deleted after being placed in the “trash” icon.)

The data collected are used by La Musique du Faubourg for the sole purpose of improving the musical selection offered to the user.

La Musique du faubourg collects only personal data from its customers.

The purposes of processing by La Musique Du Faubourg are to contact (email contact, email alert, telephone contact) in order to provide the necessary information for[the proper performance of services, delivery of orders, follow-up of requests, warranty].

Right of access and modification

Retention Periods

 

The personal data mentioned above are kept as long as necessary for the processing of orders. The data will then be erased, except where there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the requirement to keep financial records for seven years for payment data).

La Musique du Faubourg is not responsible for any voluntary or involuntary transmission  of the access codes by the User to a third party of the access codes, the User is responsible for keeping in a safe place and whose use by a third party could lead to the disclosure, alteration or deletion of the User's personal data.
